Not getting email notifications of sales

What up with not getting email notifications of sales? Therefore I am not sure if an email was sent to my buyers. Thank god I have a backup server. Come on guys. Anyone else having this problem?

For an item which has generated codes, stored codes, download or redirection checked, this will only happen if you have enabled "templated email" option in your product configuration but did not enter an e-mail message. For an item which has none of above checked, make sure you enter an e-mail message.
