We do pass the options to PayPal and that's how we get those back when we get the IPN from PayPal. If you are not seeing the options in your PayPal account, that's something you'll have to contact PayPal about.

PayPal supposedly "improved" their ExpressCheckout flow to "display" the cart information (which used to show up anyway!) and has managed to break it.I will contact PayPal and you should too.
EjunkieChef, i contacted them on July 8th - i haven't heard a peep.
