After a customer purchases a product, their confirmation email is not displaying the custom product info. I've used the tags:[%on0%][%on1%][%on2%][%os0%][%os1%][%os2%]In the email, the tags show up exactly like above - the custom values aren't plugged in. Any ideas? Check the product's settings and confirm you have Enable Templated Email checked.
