Hey,I was messing with some settings about a week ago in my e-Junkie account and now when someone purchases my product, they no longer automatically receive an email with the download link. How can I fix this? Help is appreciated!Thanks,Andrew
Go to Admin > Edit Product > Select affected product and Edit. See if you have checked Enable Templated Email without having anything in the Email Message box above that -- we can't use a template to format the thank-you email if no template is provided! :^)
