Removing Affiliate Programs?

Is there a way to remove old affiliate programs from my list in my affiliate admin? There are some old programs that I'm no longer affiliated with (haven't been for a very long time) and I would like to clear them out of my account.

At present we don't have a way for affiliates to remove themselves from programs they've joined, but you can select an affiliate program and use the Contact Merchant button to send a message to that merchant, asking them to remove you.

You say "at present" so does this mean you will making it possible soon? It is so annoying not to be able to remove merchants from the list, even though some of them don't even allow affiliates anymore.

It's on the wishlist as a new function we'd like to implement, among the many we can now start considering now that our new Admin panel is finally live (in fact, I'd included a "Leave program" link in my original mockup for the new Affiliate Admin), but I can't predict when we'll be able to implement it.

Having a "Leave Program" link would be wonderful. I spent ages yesterday contacting merchants. I feel terrible having to contact them and ask them a favour just out of the blue like that. And not all of them have responded or removed me so I'm stuck with them still on my affiliate list. sad face.
