Our DevOps team is working to resolve an emergent back-end issue that has temporarily disabled access to the E-junkie Dashboard, Shopping Cart, and card-based Checkout.
For now at least, Buy Now buttons/links using PayPal checkout appear to be unaffected, and orders should still be getting processed normally if buyers are able to pay for them. If need be to satisfy buyers unable to purchase, you may be able to cobble together a Buy Now link as follows:
...where you'd replace the
YYYYYY part with your E-junkie Client ID, and replace the
XXXXXX part with the Item Number of the relevant product. You may be able to identify those numbers by looking at your existing Add to Cart button codes and finding what comes after the
&cl= and the
&i= parts of those button URLs.
We'll followup here as more details become known and when we have the issue resolved.
