Some of the custom code values such as tax and shipping prices are not showing up in the thank you page. However, the codes for Customer name and item number is. What is the problem?
Some template variables are for common thank you page template online and some are for item specific thank you page only. They won't work if interchanged.

A general thank-you URL (to a page on your own site rather than ours) will completely override any per-product thank-you template or URL.EDIT: fixed link, clarified info.
