Using one Paypal account for paying 2 E-junkie accounts

I have opened a second acc. to host a second store, but now i'am having problems with the e-junkie monthly plan selection, since i have one paypal acc, and the recuring montlhy plan is conflicting inside paypal. If i change the plan in one of the e-junkie acc, it affects the monthly plan of the other acc.

PayPal gives you options to 1) modify existing subscription OR 2)create a new subscription. Go with option 2.
