Have the trial vers - and a few Q's

Hello. I have the trial version and have incorporated ejunkie into my site seems to work great, but was wondering:

1) When I "view cart" and click the paypal button to pay, I am taken to the paypal site in the same window. Is there any way to insert a target="_blank" in there?

2) I still am wondering how much the service costs. I understand there are variables, but.... I looked at the pricing plan chart, but at the bottom it says, "no digital-product storage/delivery for this plan". Well, that's what I have - digital files. I am fully ready to host the files on my server; I saw something about an $18 charge if I wanted to do this....can you please clear up how much?

3) The one item I have for sale are digital files. In addition to a d/l, I would like to offer my customers the option of receiving the files on a DVD. This will be a few more dollars for those in the USA, and a few more than that for those outside the USA. So, I need three-tier pricing. I was able to do this when I created a paypal "buy now" butto by way of a drop-down menu - is there a way to incorporate that, or something similar with ejunkie?

Thanks a bunch for your time - looks as if this is a great service here!

1) Sorry, there is not a way to add a 'target="_blank"' code to the cart itself.

2) Our cost is based on the number of products you want to list and the storage required. If you do have digital products then the only plans open to you will show a number in the storage space column. Starting with out $18 per month plan, all digital plans allow you to store files on your own server. Here is a link to our pricing page:

3) There is more then one possible way to set this up. Bundle products or variants both would work and if the difference for places outside the US is in shipping then you just need to setup shipping. Here are links to our bundle product, variants and shipping help pages:

Hi thanks for the reply and happy holidays.

Sorry, I am still not getting this. re: #3:

I checked the product variants box, and then split my product into three different availabilities. That seemed to work at first; your site generated new code for me, but after I pasted the code into my html builder and looked at the new page, and then clicked on "add to cart: and then looked at the cart, there was one item, and the price was zero $. What I need to do is set it up so that the customer has the option to choose which of the three different availabilities they want. Furthermore, how do I set prices? I saw nothing after I clicked the product variants box where I woudl enter prices. Then, I went here:

http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.shipping.htm

The instructions on that page are as follows:

Go to Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings:

But there is no 'Cart Shipping Settings' available from the 'Seller Admin' page - what am I missing?

Thank you.

When you fill out the variant information here is the format that you would use:
SKU,Price,Ounces,Stock,Option1Value,Option2Value,Option3Value

The second piece of information is the cost to the buyer. You will need to edit the product and add in the price to each variant you have listed.

The full title for the shipping options on our Seller Admin page is Edit E-junkie Cart Shipping Settings and is located on the right side of the Seller Admin screen.

Thanks for the reply.

Ok, got it - I have three drop-down boxes, one for each item: d/l, us shipping, and international shipping. I select one item, add to cart, and there it is, with the right price. Beautiful - thanks!

So, I click "update cart", and then "cont. shopping". I go back to the page where the item is listed for sale, and "view cart", but it tells me the cart is empty. What'd I miss?

Also, I went and tried the shipping (found the link, ty). I am not actually charging for shippig; the shipping charge is included in the price from the aforementioned drop down menus. After I submitted, I see "new shipping rule created". Ok, great. But do I really need this? Again, the shipping charges are reflected in the price when the item is selected from the drop-down box.

Thanks again and happy new year.

Can you send us the URl of your sales page? So we can take a look at the view cart button not working and the shipping rule.
