EJunkie Charges To Send Update File To Buyer List?

I want to make sure I'm getting this right: EJ charges $12 (estimate I was quoted on screen) to send an update file to my buyer list (66 buyers this week)?



So, if I want to update any file and want to send it to my buyers list, this charge (amount depends) is standard?



I had never seen a mention of this on any EJ sales/info pages before.

There is a surcharge purely as a matter of cost control for us, we do not turn any profit from the Update/Newsletter service. The price is discussed on our help page here:
