Do you have any Google Checkout sales at all listed in your E-junkie Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log? If not, please double-check every step of our GC integration requirements:

Pay particular attention to the API Callback URL and Method, and be sure to open the Advanced Settings section to confirm nothing is checked under there.
If you do have other GC sales listed in your E-junkie Transaction Log, and only this one sale is missing, you might want to verify whether the buyer made their purchase using your E-junkie buttons or if you might have some non-E-junkie button(s) out there somewhere they might have used.
