We've discovered that order notifications coming in from PayPal/eBay are missing the email address of the buyer again, similar to the problem that came up earlier this year. The buyer's email address is critical information we need in order to fill those orders via email.
As a result those orders are being logged into our system but no delivery is being made.
Unfortunately this is an issue at PayPal's end that we cannot fix ourselves, so we are reporting the problem to them and will wait for their response.
It is still possible to manually deliver these orders if you are contacted by the buyer or are able to contact them. Their download links and/or purchased codes are still being tracked within your transaction log and can be accessed there. Copy the link under the transaction ID in your log to send a download link, or click the Show Items button to expand the order and find a Key/Code assigned to that particular purchase.
