Sell manual as a PDF download

I have an idea to sell a part time employment manual. I would like to sell it as a PDF download.



I do not currently have a website and would be starting from scratch. I want to try to build it myself and use e-junkie.

Any information on a how to step by step procedure would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
