Re the PDF Stamping feature, I can't actually remember whether I utilized this feature or not, tho I imagine that I would have. Thing is I can't find anything anywhere in Seller Admin to tell me for sure if I have or not.
I checked out the 3 links above but not knowing which may apply to me doesn't make it any easier to figure out.
I looked at the View/Source code for a similar sales page which includes a free bonus ebook download along with the main paid one. Here's the code relating to the Add To Cart button :

In that case, clicking on the add to cart button takes you to the paypal page where you pay thru paypal or click to opt for credit card payment. On neither page is there anything about the bonus ebook, just the paid one, so I'm assuming the download link for the free bonus must be on the Thank You page.
(I don't know if it makes any difference but the same author wrote both the paid ebook and the free bonus one, whereas in my case the author of the free bonus ebook would not be me. I haven't selected a free ebook to offer yet).
The third option in your reply above which presupposes that you're NOT using the PDF Stamping feature unfortunately seems to be the simplest way (on the face of it at least) assuming that the "bundle product feature" is easy to use. However I'm fairly sure that it's better to use PDF stamping and I probably already have anyway.
In other words in light of all the above where do I go from here?
