This message appears when a buyer attempts to order an item with Limit Available Stock enabled which has zero stock available. To fix this, go to Seller Admin > Manage Products > View/Edit/Delete Products, select the affected product and click View/Edit Product, then look for the Inventory Control section and:
  • If you don't need us to track units in stock to prevent overselling this product, just un-check the box to Limit Available Stock, then click Submit to save changes;
  • If you just want to replenish the stock available for online sales, leave the box checked for Limit Available Stock, enter the quantity of units in stock, and click Submit to save changes.
