2Checkout lets you offer buyers a simple, card-based payment option, without requiring them to sign up for a 2CO account, yet without the costs, restrictions and hassles of using a traditional Payment Gateway and Merchant Account yourself. Behind the scenes, 2Checkout is a Payment Service Provider, which means they manage the underwriting process and provide the functions of a Merchant Account and Gateway combined in one solution. 2Checkout will securely manage your customer’s payments through their hosted checkout solution and then pay those funds to you (less their standard transaction fee).

How to integrate E-junkie and 2Checkout

  1. If you don't already have a 2Checkout account, sign up for 2Checkout;
  2. Log into your 2Checkout Dashboard;
    1. Go to Integrations > Webhooks & API;
    2. Scroll down to the API section.
  3. Open a new browser window/tab and sign into your E-junkie Seller Admin:
    1. Go to Manage Seller Account > Edit Profile;
    2. Click More Payment Options at the bottom of the screen;
    3. Under the section Accept Credit Cards, select 2Checkout.
  4. Switch back to the window/tab where you left your 2Checkout Dashboard open;
  5. Use your computer's copy-paste commands to copy the Merchant Code from the 2Checkout API section and paste it into the Seller ID field in your E-junkie Profile;
  6. Switch back to your 2Checkout Dashboard and scroll down to the Secret Word section;
  7. Copy the Buy Link Secret Word from the 2Checkout Secret Word section and paste that into the Secret Word field in your E-junkie Profile;
  8. In your E-junkie Profile, click Submit to apply changes;
  9. You can now switch back to 2Checkout and log out there;
  10. After adding your product(s) in E-junkie Dashboard, you will get purchase button/link code which you can copy and paste into your sales page.
