This message appears when a buyer attempts to order an item with an Item Expiration date that has passed. To allow buyers to order the affected item again, go to Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select the affected product and click Edit, then click Next until you get to the screen with the Item Expiration setting. You can simply delete the date and leave it blank to remove the expiration entirely, or change the date to a future time when you want the item to become unavailable again, then click Next until you can Submit changes.
