Depending on the buyer's browser settings, that type of warning may appear if you have customized your thank-you page with any images or JavaScripts using a URL starting with http:// rather than https:.

If you obtained your custom code from a third-party service, you might see if they offer a "secure" version of their code. If you are just adding custom images to your thank-you page, you can use our free SSLpic service to upload the graphic files you want to use and obtain a secure URL for them, which you can then use in your thank-you page customization.
