How can I find more information about a product or the merchant selling it?

If you have bought something from a seller who uses E-junkie, you can simply hit Reply on any email our system sent you for your purchase. We send all post-checkout thank-you emails with a Reply-to: header that will direct your response to the seller's email address of record.

If you have seen the product for sale on the E-junkie website, then look for the seller's name on the product's sales page. Clicking that will lead you to a Contact form or link where you can message the seller.

If you have seen the product on a Web site other than E-junkie, you will need to look for any contact details on that site. We do not require or maintain any record of what site(s) any of our sellers may sell from.
