How to change the funding source for your subscription

PayPal will always fund subscription payments from your PayPal account balance; they will only turn to your chosen backup funding source (credit card or bank account) to bring up your account balance enough to cover the subscription payment amount in full. You can follow these steps to change the backup funding source for your subscription:

  1. Log into your PayPal account and stay logged in;
  2. Click this link to view your Subscription Details for us;
    • If you have other subscriptions, ours would be listed under our parent company:
  3. If you only have one E-junkie subscription, skip directly to Step 4 below; however, if you have multiple E-junkie subscriptions:
    1. Open a new browser tab and log into the E-junkie account you want to update:
      • Go to Manage Seller Account > View Account Summary;
      • Note your Subscription ID for that account (a long number starting with I-).
    2. Switch back to the PayPal tab and click your latest payment to SINE INFO VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED (our parent company);
    3. Verify the Recurring Payment ID there matches the Subscription ID in the E-junkie account you wish to update;
    4. If it doesn't match, find your next prior subscription payment and check the ID on that, until you find the one that matches;
    5. Click the View Recurring Payment Details link.
  4. Scroll down to the Payment method section;
  5. Next to the Backup payment method, click Change;
  6. Choose a different funding source;
  7. If there are no other funding sources available, add a new credit card:
    1. Click Pay & Get Paid in the top header menu;
    2. Under the Wallet section, click Money;
    3. Scroll down and click Link a new card or Link a new bank;
    4. Enter details for the new card/bank account you wish to link;
    5. Go back to the subscription (as explained above) and select this as the new Backup payment method.
  8. Scroll to the bottom and click the Save button.
