My discount code is not working

  • Bear in mind that a buyer's shopping cart can have only one discount applied for All Cart Items, plus one product-specific discount for each item in the cart.
  • Go to Seller Admin > Cart Discount Settings, then select the discount from the Existing Discounts menu and click Load to view its settings; make sure its Expiration Date has not passed, and make sure the use-count shown for that discount in the Existing Discounts menu is lower than your Max Use Count setting for that Discount.
