American Express card-based checkouts fail

Sellers using PayPal Payments Advanced need to accept a separate agreement with PayPal in order to accept direct payments using American Express. If you have accepted this agreement and are still seeing an issue with AmEx checkouts, contact PayPal to verify the AmEx agreement has been registered properly at their end.
