However, if you can tell your payment was completed, you will need to contact the seller for assistance. You may find a contact link on their sales page, or you can simply hit Reply on any email you received for your purchase. E-junkie is just a service sellers use to help them sell online; we are not directly involved in any seller's business operations and do not handle any payment funds at our end. If you cannot get satisfaction from the seller, you can dispute the payment with the PayPal Resolution Center (if you paid by PayPal) or your card issuer (if you paid by card directly) to get the payment refunded/reversed.
